ClarityOS Terms of Service

Version 2.0 | Effective September 7, 2026

Privacy, permissions, Google API data handling, and personal-data practices are governed separately by the ClarityOS Privacy Policy and, where required, by contextual in-app disclosures.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClarityOS mobile application and related services provided by GLOBALDEV ONE STUDIO LLC (“ClarityOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using ClarityOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What ClarityOS Provides

ClarityOS is a digital security, privacy, device-health, organization, optimization, document, and productivity companion. Depending on device, operating system, country, permissions, subscription, providers, and app version, features may include device-health insights, privacy/app-audit tools, storage and cleanup guidance, Wi-Fi/network awareness, scanner/OCR/PDF tools, Vault, threat/scam analysis, breach checks, family features, email organization, subscription-management insights, alerts, reports, and AI-assisted explanations.

Not every feature is available on every device, platform, country, account, or plan. Features shown as unavailable, restricted, beta, provider-dependent, or plan-gated are not represented as accessible to every user.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

3. Permissions, Connected Accounts, and User Control

Some functions require camera, file/media, notifications, nearby-device/network, app/usage information, contacts, biometric, or third-party account permissions. A feature may be unavailable or limited if the required permission is denied or revoked. ClarityOS does not receive the right to access unrelated data merely because a permission or account connection exists. Connected-account access remains limited to the user-facing feature and the authorization granted by the user.

4. Security, Device Health, Threat, and Risk Information

ClarityOS may provide security, privacy, device-health, network, breach, scam-awareness, risk, or optimization information based on available device signals, user-submitted content, deterministic rules, automated analysis, and supported third-party services.

5. Scanner, OCR, PDFs, Signatures, and Vault

ClarityOS may allow you to capture, enhance, scan, recognize text from, annotate, sign, organize, protect, store, export, or share documents and files. Automated image repair, OCR, PDF generation, risk checks, and compression may occasionally produce incomplete or inaccurate results.

6. Email and Google/Microsoft Connected Services

If you voluntarily connect Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail, or another supported service, ClarityOS may use the authorization provided by that provider only for the supported user-facing features you request. Those providers may impose their own authorization, availability, verification, rate-limit, security, and usage rules.

7. AI and Automated Outputs

Some features may use local logic, automated rules, machine learning, or third-party AI services to explain signals, classify information, summarize content, or recommend actions. Automated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation.

8. Family and Contacts Features

Family or contacts-safety features may allow authorized users to invite, manage, or receive information relating to household members or selected contacts. You must have the right or authorization to provide information about another person and may not use ClarityOS for covert monitoring, stalking, harassment, unauthorized account access, or unlawful surveillance. ClarityOS family features are not a substitute for emergency services, parental judgment, legal guardianship tools, or professional safety services.

9. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Entitlements

ClarityOS may offer paid subscriptions with recurring access to eligible features. The controlling commercial terms for a purchase are the plan, price, billing period, renewal terms, trial or introductory offer, and benefits displayed in ClarityOS and the applicable store at the time you subscribe.

10. Managing, Canceling, and Refunding Google Play Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play can be managed or canceled through the Google Play subscription-management tools and the equivalent in-app link ClarityOS provides. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal while access continues through the already-paid period, except where Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's applicable rules and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer refund or cancellation rights.

11. External Subscription Manager

If ClarityOS includes a Subscriptions Manager for tracking third-party recurring services, that feature is separate from ClarityOS's own billing. Unless a specific supported integration clearly states otherwise, ClarityOS does not cancel, modify, or guarantee cancellation of a third-party subscription merely because it is displayed or analyzed in ClarityOS. You remain responsible for cancellation with the relevant merchant or provider.

12. Your Content and Responsibility

You retain ownership of documents, images, files, text, signatures, and other content that you lawfully provide to ClarityOS. You grant GLOBALDEV ONE STUDIO LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or support the ClarityOS feature you choose, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right or authorization to upload, scan, process, store, sign, analyze, or share content and third-party information through ClarityOS.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use ClarityOS to:

We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, providers, subscriptions, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

14. ClarityOS Intellectual Property

ClarityOS software, branding, interfaces, designs, original content, technology, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to GLOBALDEV ONE STUDIO LLC. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ClarityOS for its intended purpose. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, these Terms do not grant a right to copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit ClarityOS technology or brand assets.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

ClarityOS may depend on operating-system services, app stores, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, email providers, AI services, security/breach providers, payment systems, or other third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, restrict access, become unavailable, or experience outages outside our control. A third-party name, link, or integration does not mean GLOBALDEV ONE STUDIO LLC controls or guarantees that third party's service, security, accuracy, availability, or policies.

16. Service Availability, Updates, and Beta Features

We may update, improve, secure, modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, provider changes, legal compliance, product development, abuse prevention, or service operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetual availability. Beta, experimental, provider-dependent, or newly introduced features may be less stable and may change before general availability. Where a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will handle the change in accordance with applicable law and applicable Google Play requirements.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using ClarityOS at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful use, serious or repeated violations, provider restrictions, legal requirements, or material risk to users or infrastructure. Termination of a ClarityOS account does not automatically cancel a store-billed subscription. Data handling after account deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClarityOS is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not promise that every scan, score, alert, classification, cleanup result, breach result, network finding, OCR result, AI output, recommendation, or provider response will be complete, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GLOBALDEV ONE STUDIO LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to ClarityOS. This includes, to the extent legally permitted, losses resulting from user-confirmed deletion or cleanup actions, inaccurate automated outputs, third-party service failures, provider restrictions, account compromise not caused by our breach of a non-waivable duty, or reliance on recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of GLOBALDEV ONE STUDIO LLC for claims arising out of or relating to ClarityOS will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you actually paid for ClarityOS during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

20. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control

GLOBALDEV ONE STUDIO LLC is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including major internet or cloud outages, app-store or provider failures, government actions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, widespread cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, or other force-majeure events, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

21. Governing Law, Venue, and Mandatory Consumer Rights

Except to the extent mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to non-waivable consumer or jurisdictional rights, disputes arising from these Terms or ClarityOS will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, United States. Nothing in this section removes or restricts mandatory consumer, privacy, refund, cancellation, court-access, or other legal rights that cannot be waived where you live.

22. Resolving Questions and Disputes

Before filing a formal dispute, you may contact us at clarityos@globaldevone.com so that we have a reasonable opportunity to understand and attempt to resolve the issue. This informal step does not shorten or waive any legal deadline or non-waivable right.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in ClarityOS, security, subscriptions, providers, law, or platform requirements. The revised version will show an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
